About
My journey started in late 2020 when I found myself stuck in the vicious cycle of everyday life, desperately needing a change. I felt drawn to the world of art, maybe because my whole life, I used to think of myself as a highly non-creative person, with zero talent for drawing any kind of art, and with this in mind, I decided to learn to draw.
You see, it was a challenge for me. A challenge of doing something that you can not imagine yourself doing. Something you are so bad at, that it is not even worth trying. Intending to better myself through a new “hobby” I quit some bad habits and went to work.
To my surprise, it was extremely fun and it would not be long before I started seeing some progress and with it, the light at the end of the tunnel. New Mindset. New Reality. New Beginning.
My Journey to NFTs
To challenge me even further and to learn new skills I set a goal of recording my beginnings to learn how to edit videos and to see my progress. After a few recordings, I made a Youtube Channel where I posted my very first drawing video.
Life has mysterious ways and the new channel quickly led me to discover the world of NFTs. One Twitter account later and a few connections within the NFT space and I was hooked.
At first, I had no desire to make NFTs but after some inspiring words from people within the space I decided to give it a go. It was not long before my “Terriblart” collection was born. Soon after I felt inspired by Cryptopunks and I made a derivative called “PortraitPunks” which is still my most successful collection.
Progress
Drawing quickly became a benchmark of how I´m doing in life. I knew when I drew that everything else in life is going exactly as it should. The reason is that every time I eat well, do sports, help others, and form good habits I feel inspired. In those times when my days have a purpose, when I learn and grow, those are the days when I feel creative. Those are the days when my art comes to life.
Throughout my journey, I discovered my passion. That is to inspire and help others. The only way I can do that is to become better myself.
We create our realities. It´s never too late and there is nothing you can´t do. I hope my story helps someone to start something new.
